A new study using UCL researchers discovered that menopausal girls who swim in bloodless water daily enjoy extensive upgrades in each physical and intellectual sign.
The studies, published in Post Reproductive Health, surveyed 1114 ladies, 785 of whom were going through menopause, to study the effects of bloodless water swimming on their fitness and well-being.
